Parent Council Survey Results (March 2010)

Thank you to all who participated in the Parent Council Survey at the parent/teacher interviews in March.  The survey results showed strong support for new after and before school activities.  These activities will be a pay-per-use basis and ran by third party resources.  However, we need parent volunteers to help set up the programs.

j)        Staff Appreciation

k)      Room Reps (filled)

l)        Growing School

At the time of posting I was unaware of how many volunteers were still required, I will update when the information becomes available to me.

In the meantime any parent wanting to volunteer can contact Cheryl Steinwand or any of the council member executives and we will do what we can to accommodate you.

As parents of children in St. Luke School you are all automatically members of the parent council, if you have any issue that you feel needs to be addressed please feel free to contact Lissa Jutras or any other executivecouncil member and we would be happy to let you know if the topic would be able to be put on the agenda for the next meeting or if it would be better addressed through another channel, such as Mr. Marshall.

Babysitting is provided free at all meetings so please feel free to take advantage of the service - it is there for your use.
